Its Silent Hill, there's supposed to be fog everywhere because that's where the monsters hide, the only way to remove it would be to use mods, and no one has ever made one to do so (because it would basically ruin the entire game). |

You can even find a convertible version in the local Junkyard (though, its implied that it wasn't always a convertible).
