This conversation is more and more nonsense. It's the beta version for both police, taxi, and civilian version of the Cavale. It's basically called Caprice because it was identified as the police form when the car was first identified, but as development goes on, they replaced it with Fusion/Caprice hodgepodge and also made into civilian vehicle. The Caprice-based car left as wrecks in the final game. Also, I see this car more as a Caprice rather than a Malibu (there are some cases that generic cars are prioritize by the shapes rather than the origin). |

I have to question though, this game was in development for years and when we first saw this car thinking it was an SLK, the M4 didnt exist, neither had it been showed. So i do wonder how can this be an M4 if when the game was being made can it be a car that at the time did not exist. The M3 which i think looks more like, its curvier, the headlights arent as streamlined, it has the signature E90 carbon roof, is a car that did exist and the designers had easy access to base off. So unless BMW went to them had said " heres our new M4 before anyone else sees it so it can be an unlicensed recreation in your game" this is an M3 |

Front is Golf V, side is mostly Golf IV with Golf V windows, rear is majority Golf III, with the bumper of the Golf IV and windows of Golf V. Overall body shape is Golf IV. |
