2016-05-22 22:51 | Check the size. A Jetta is not a Lexus ES. The Leo is a japanese sedan, if we must control what the game says. And so, Jetta is out. Plus, Japanese sedans that are meant to be sold in US/EU markets tend to have an aestethic that is studied just for that kind of market, of country. This explains why sometimes certain Infiniti models resemble BMW/Mercedes sedans, without losting the Japanese feeling that they still bring. I'm still quite sure this is an Acura RL. Keep in mind that European cars, especially German one, are quite... boxy and geometric about shape and lines, while Japanese cars tend to be more soft and rounded. 2014-07-07 15:52 | You know, looking at this, the Sonarus, and the Vespid, kinda makes me think that the Ubisoft Montreal artists know a few stylists around the automotive biz since today I just saw the new Chinese-market Ford Escort that looks alarmingly similar to this model. Hell, if I had this model extracted from the game I'd easily be able to morph a few details to make a pretty accurate model of the new Escort. Here's the article I'm referring to, by the way: www.thetruthaboutcars.com/2014/07/2015-ford-escort-goes-sunbathing-months-before-showroom-debut/#more-860817 Notice how well the whole front-end lines up, and how the model's rear quarter window is a small upsweep away from looking like the new car. There's no denying that the body was originally based on a Caprice PPV, but now it looks like such a hodgepodge that I really don't know what to give this car for a final designation. |
