However there's no leftover for the beta model in the game files

Looks like the replacement was done right before the release, as this picture shows that they were taking a promotional picture with the car stunts. I don't know why they used this old truck instead the new one. This truck also appears in CT5 as a permanent prop in the Alps scenario

No changes to the other cars EDIT : If you think this is a mod, no it isn't it has everything standard from Synetic. Hell, to compensate for the lack of traffic vehicles, they made some of the playable vehicles spawn in traffic.(such as the Focus and Insignia). I think AFC 11:Nitro and AFC 11:Crash Time have the best traffic set imo.

All of them are different variants, there's a stock version (this one), a mail version and a "costruction" version, which has a few planks and a ladder placed on the roof.
