2010-10-03 10:57 | Nissan350Z wrote Why is there American Cars in Istanbul?? When the japanese car industry was not as big as it is now, american cars were spread all over the planet. If you watch some old films from the 1960s, youīll see many american cars outside the USA: Not only in Turkey, but also in France, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Japan, Australia... There were even some factories in Europe: Some Plymouth-cars were built in Switzerland, Dodge had a factory near Amsterdam I think.

2010-10-02 21:43 | How to get it: Trigger the mission End of the Line. Drive Sweet to Los Flores. Shoot the SWAT Mans and the Ballas. Put a satchel charge explosives then drive to Ganton Garage. You can shoot the Tank or put some molotovs, whatever you want. Then destroy it, after you will fail the mission. Then save and you have it! You can now drive free.
SizSkiizd photo_librarymode_comment 2010-10-02 21:40 | Guess the designers didn't care about that. It really looks like a 1986 Accord, apart from the front. Just look at the rear window, the c-pillar and plastic trim.

If you search "Divco ice cream van" in Google Images, and van similar to the one that J-2 linked to comes up as a result, so it may be a Divco then. -- Last edit: 2010-10-02 18:50:39

Black Bart photo_librarymode_comment 2010-10-02 18:17 | Sorry, I like the older Challenger, better.
schaefft photo_librarymode_comment 2010-10-02 18:13 | Yeah, its a great looking car, although you see its origin is in the late 80s. But whats more important here, this is clearly the proof that the developer cares and and has a passion for cars, and not only the newest exotics from Germany or Italy because, well, they are new and exotic, but for all cars like this one or the VW T1 (which noone else would put into a racing game) just to name 2 examples. Otherwise a forgotten concept car like this one would have never found its way into the game (read more about the story on GTs page). And thats what makes the difference between Polyphony Digital and Turn10 (who just wanna have a good selling game, without caring too much about the actual quality of its features or car list). This and hundrets of other little things and features make GT5 the much greater game, the much better experience for car enthusiasts.
