2011-03-23 09:54 | Here's an image: www.imfdb.org/images/f/f9/Crysis-Type88-tank.jpg This shows the hull better: the hull form is pure Challenger 1, as is the thermal sleeve on the main gun. It has the Challenger add-on armour side skirts and frontal armour: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/7d/Challenger-ODS-1.JPEG The turbine unit at the back of the hull is Abrams: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/aa/US_Navy_031214-N-3236B-008_A_Marine_from_the_13th_Marine_Expeditionary_Unit_%2813th_MEU%29_Tank_Platoon_BLT_1-1_stationed_at_Twentynine_Palms%2C_Calif.%2C_directs_an_M1-A1_Abrams_tank_during_a_training_exercise.jpg The turret front (out of view here) is Merkava III Baz: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2d/Merkava3dKasag001.jpg There is little to no resemblance to the T-90: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/ac/T-90_armyrecognition_russia_011.jpg |

2011-03-22 09:33 | It's not a T-90, the developers provided three pictures of what they based it on: M1A1 Abrams, Merkava 3, and Challenger 1. It's got a Chally 1 hull with an Abrams turbine unit on the back, Merkava-style turret with Abrams bustle racks and blowoff covers, and a Chally 1's main gun. |
