Kinda hard to be aware when neither the pages on MW2 or MW3 for that car have rear views, and the fact that I've never played any of these games myself.

Looks more like a 2006-11 Honda Civic Coupe to me, possibly a 2009-11 (if that piece above the license plate is a chrome trim piece).
