2016-10-16 03:01		That is Vyacheslav Grinko's car. If you look on the back, it has the license plate 84 KP 214. The license plate will appear in the Notes section of Fisher's OPSAT as well. The mission it appears in is Defense Ministry. You may want to equip Sam's Pistol, activate the Laser Microphone or turn on Night Vision Goggles to see it more clearly, however...
