2015-12-08 17:52		There's also a civilian version of this, although I'm yet to see it in traffic. The only one I've found is on an island about a mile from the town with the lighthouse.

EDIT: The islands above Alberto Pero in Feno province. You can easily see the car from a helicopter and use the grapple to fly it to Alberto Pero's garage so you can rebel drop it whenever you want.
