In misson/level: The Great Divide/The Bridge
I found it by accident - It just looked different and bigger than beige american trucks www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=70483, so I promised to myself I must found out what it is. Most of the time it is placed at edge of the bridge, so I am sorry for not too good picture
