I have 1.3, released at the start of October. In the new update you get Left-hand driving, with Australian license plates (As you can see in the pics) and Australian street signs. The layout and architecture is unchanged, and you still get Russian traffic cars. The two new Australian cars are clearly there to complement the new update's loose Australian theme. I'll add the UAZ, the Fiat 500 and traffic cars over the weekend.

I messed up the trim on the Commodore too, but as of now I don't know how to fix it, I'm assuming an admin has to.
