Rocker moldings were a standalone option priced at $21. They were not part of the SE package in 1970.

This is an R/T, it is referred to as an R/T on the games website among the US club and car information. Year is '69 or '70 based due to tail lights. It's probably a '69 though as that seems to be the most common year choice among 2nd gen chargers in most games, can't say for certain though until there's a front end shot.
