Since these pop up even in a level set in Florida(Counterfeit), my friend made up a joke saying NPD stands for National Police Department.

Looks like that. But they should have used some other text on the door - not NPD. It sounds like the certain party that I don't want to mention.
Otherwise the car looks still great. A perfect reproduction!
