I am using Easyphoto.ru image hosting, it's free, keeps my photographs at least one year and probably allows image linking (I am not using this feature), but this site in Russian and unfortunately contains ads now (also, ads images can be linked instead your image). Use the simple links with necessary images like me.
I thinks the car is '2005 Dodge Stratus Coupe with front bumper from '2001, because body design and rear lights are similar to this car. But it also can be a '1999 Charger Concept.
