I'm seeing a mix of 2000 GM Precept and 2006 Honda FCX with a retrofuturistic bubble roof thrown on top.

Edit: I watched the intro that shows brief glimpses of these from several angles. It's the 1986 Oldsmobile Incas Concept by Italdesign with a more modern front end.
