Has the front grille of a Buick GSX and the rear of a '73 Monaro, but the side profile of a '75 Firebird. In fact, the hood style of this model, make it looks alike the Formula edition. Thus, it's a Firebird or a Monaro. But tbh i don't see any resemblance with the Olds 442.

Me too.

The back of the car looks very similar to a Holden HQ Coupe, while the front looks like a Buick Skylark. I wouldn't say it particularly resembles an Olds

This is clearly modeled after an Olds 442. Just ignore the grille and headlights.

If you ignore the grille and headlights, then virtually all GM A-bodies (Chevelle, Tempest/LeMans/GTO, Skylark, and Cutlass/442) look the same. The only other difference is in the taillights...which this car also doesn't share with a 442.

It shares absolutely no resemblance to an Oldsmobile 442, but whatever.

What in the world is an Oldsmobile 44?

This car is a little bit of an amalgam...it has a 1970 Buick Skylark front, the mid section from a mid '70s Camaro or Firebird, and IIRC the rear panel was from a 1968-1972 Pontiac Gran Prix.
