I actually played the game again and doesn't is a problem to me, the developers reused the Nissan 370Z interior to the Skyline, the same happened with the 1956 Corvette with 2008 Corvette interior.

2023-02-07 22:33		As far as I know, there is no left-hand drive version of the Nissan Skyline. The only way that would be possible is if someone modified it to be that way.
