I think this is a cross between the 1941 and the 1940 Fords.

After some research I think it's a 1937 or 1938 Buick ( i.ytimg.com/vi/vEYX-9zZc2E/hqdefault.jpg ) with a slightly modified 1939 Dodge front ( i.pinimg.com/originals/72/f0/e6/72f0e64a02056420b7e0bfd847009f9a.jpg )

This looks more American than British to me. Something from circa 1939 to 1941
