EDIT: yes, I think it's a Chrysler Royal Sedan: Culver looks like Chrysler, Ulver was the imaginary brand based on Chrysler in the 1st Mafia, and the file model of that car is "ulver_newyorker", and by the way New Yorker is another name for the Royal Sedan: forums.aaca.org/f145/1941-chrysler-new-yorker-278415.html
