2020-11-01 22:27 | Strange...it's listed in-game as a Matarhorn...yet there's clearly a Brubeck Engines 'B' on the front grille. Maybe it's built by Brubeck for Matarhorn? Perhaps Brubeck doesn't sell in the UK market, as far as in-game lore goes, so their products are sold under different brands in the UK? Smaller, more civilian products sold under the Centaurus brand (anything currently listed as a Talos is actually a Centaurus, with Talos being part of the model name), and larger, more commercial oriented machines sold as Matarhorn? But then a machine similar to this in WD2 was simply branded as a Matarhorn, no sign of Brubeck identification. Strange. But this all does have me theorizing that Brubeck, Centaurus, and Matarhorn are all owned by a single parent company, or Matarhorn has a deep alliance with Brubeck. |
