The engine making 189hp is unconfirmed though, my bad. The unofficial wikia for the game says that it makes 189 horsepower but I'm not sure where the person who put that there got it from. I think probably from the game's files.

2019-08-09 19:39		Because of the engine (confirmed to be a gasoline inline 6 making 189HP in the game), older hubcap style and the older mirrors ('elephant ear' side view mirrors), I think the specific model this car is based off of is a 1990-1992 BMW 525i.
