NO!! in Germany and many other countries too.

Btw, i noticed a mistake in this picture, in Japan they would drive on left-side, but this looks like to be Tokio (you can see Koi-fishes in a scene before)

Oh and also in Japan the number plate was NOT on rear bumper commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Toyota_Estima_4WD_001.JPG
