The reason is that this legendary Supra was NOT featured in CSR2 is because Toyota's licensing issues.
Same happened with Asphalt 8, NFS Payback and Forza Horizon 4.

Yeah most likely because if that car made it to the masses toyota would have sued. I think they made it maybe trying to convince them and failed

The car was never released, only reason we found out about it is they accidently listed it in the updates and people found it in files.
