2012-03-01 00:40 | This car can be a Chevrolet Opala, a Brazilian car. The Opala was a car that used the platform of Opel Rekord but the motor (4100cc inline-six) came from Chevrolet Impala, hence the name (Opel + Impala). The Chevrolet Opala was made between 1971-1991, and was remembered by Brazilian people as one of the greatest cars ever made in Brazil. Brazilian cars was exported throught the world in 1970s and 1980s, and was the principal component of South American fleet at this time. Today, South American countries import their cars from Japan, Argentina and Mexico. -- Last edit: 2012-03-01 00:42:23 |
