It's not much, but according to wikipedia, Permanent 4 was the 4WD version from 1990-1992. It was renamed Q4 after that.

2017-04-23 20:59		I would say it is real, The Alfa badge can be seen there.
Also the rear is mirrored but it seems to be a Permanent 4 judging by the right badge.
