This is correct, it's in the garage during the Daughters chapter of the Banned Footage Vol 2 dlc. It's used to escape the house in one of the endings, and you can see it before shit starts popping off.

Can't exactly tell because of the darkness of the image, but to me it looks like a 2007-2014 Chevrolet Tahoe, with the bottom half of the car being plastic.
