Looks a lot like the 2013 Renault Twizy RS F1 Concept to me, IMHO.

Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown (2024)
Honestly, I'd imagine it's probably something Chinese. But, there's MANY Chinese vans out there, so it might be tough to narrow down.
Toyota Crown
C1-Circuit (1996)
Looks to me like it's supposed to be either a first or second generation Toyota Celsior.
Nissan Quest
Saints Row (2022)
It can be found up near the golf course, parked at the farmers marked where the tattoo tent is located.
Chevrolet Express
Payday 3 (2023)
90's Ford Econoline body with first generation Chevrolet Astro nose.
Ford Escape
Payday 3 (2023)
Grille and rear of a Subaru Ascent on what appears to be a third generation Ford Escape body.

Payday 3 (2023)
Compared to the other Optala 100 Glint, the front looks more like a cross between the previous gen Honda Civic and a first generation (as far as the US market goes) Chevrolet Cruze, and the roof looks more Cruze-like, as well.

Audi A8
Payday 3 (2023)
Looks like a cross between a Ford Crown Victoria and a Mercedes-Benz S-Class [W140], with a bit of Lincoln LS mixed in.
International DuraStar
Payday 3 (2023)
International DuraStar
Grumman LLV
Payday 3 (2023)
Quite obviously a Grumman LLV.
unknown
Payday 3 (2023)
Front looks like a previous generation Honda Civic, rest reminds me of a Subaru Legacy.
Ford Econoline
Train Sim World 3 (2022)
It's literally an 80s Chevrolet/GMC van with the grille texture from a 1969-71 Econoline in place of the original grille.
Nissan Patrol
Smashy Road: Wanted 2 (2021)
I'm thinking Nissan Patrol [Y62].
Honda Stepwgn
Smashy Road: Wanted 2 (2021)
I agree with the 2003 STEPWGN. With that large lower grille, it could even be a STEPWGN Spada.
Hummer H3T
Smashy Road: Wanted 2 (2021)
That's definitely more of an H3T (production model, not the original concept) than an H1.
unknown
Smashy Road: Wanted 2 (2021)
Kinda looks like a cross between some of those retro-boxy kei cars. Particularly, the Suzuki Alto Lapin (or simply Lapin) and both the Daihatsu Move Conte and Mira Cocoa.
Mazda RX-7
TOCA World Touring Cars (2000)
The headlights are certainly an aftermarket conversion, as no OEM kit for the FD has fixed headlights like that (that I know of).
But, what I find interesting is that the fixed lights have a single headlamp bulb, where IRL fixed conversions have two bulbs in each unit.
Toyota Alphard
Smashy Road: Wanted 2 (2021)
Honestly, the rear lights and the shape of that b-pillar are making me think AH30 generation Toyota Alphard, while the front has me thinking a little more of it's Vellfire twin.
The only kei car I can think of with a rear like that is an early Suzuki Spacia, while the front looks a little first-gen Honda N-Box like, but I still think the AH30 Alphard/Vellfire fits better.
Subaru Tribeca
Disassembly 3D (2011)
That result also confirms this as a facelifted 2008-11 Tribeca [WX], not a Forester.
Chevrolet Blazer
171 (2024)
That's because the second generation of the S-10 based Blazer continued production in Brazil well after US production ended, remaining in production until 2012.
unknown
Cities: Skylines II (2023)
Something about the grille and lights has me thinking this might not be the typical Ford-based ambulance, but possibly a RAM Heavy Duty (3500 or higher) based one.
Nissan 350Z
Forza Horizon 5 (2021)
Cool fact: They actually included a hood option to replicate the current form of Low Car, after it's engine swap, and they had to cut part of the hood around part of the turbo system so they could actually close it.
Lotus Emira
Forza Horizon 5 (2021)
Made an edit and added First Edition as additional info. The First Edition emblem can be found just behind the side windows.
unknown
Somerville (2022)
Not a perfect match, but it looks more like a facelifted first-gen Ford Galaxy, rather than a C-Max or S-Max.
Renault Kangoo
Cities: Skylines II (2023)
Berlingo/Partner?
Cupra Formentor
Forza Horizon 5 (2021)
In this Series, they won't be purchasable, because they'll be gifted.
In Series 22, though, both Cupras will be added to the Autoshow. The Formentor will be 50k Credits, the Tavascan will be 70k Credits.
Jeep Wrangler
SnowRunner (2020)
Looks to me like this isn't a TJ Rubicon, but rather an LJ Rubicon Unlimited, judging by the longer wheelbase and resulting additional sheetmetal between the door and the rear fender flare.
That would then make this a 2005 model year, at the earliest, because Jeep didn't introduce the Rubicon version of the LJ Unlimited until then, even though the LJ had been on sale otherwise since the year prior.
Toyota Sports 800
Forza Horizon 5 (2021)
Interesting fact about this Sports 800...it's one of a very limited number of LHD models that were built, 300 in total.
The majority of them were made for the Okinawa market (which, at the time post-WW2, was LHD, as opposed to the rest of Japan), but Toyota also sent around 40 of them to the US, though it was decided that the car would likely be a sales flop, Toyota let dealers keep the around 40 LHD models.
It's likely tough to tell whether it was the former or latter...heck, even telling where the car they modeled IS is tough, as it turns out...both the Lane Motor Museum and the Petersen Automotive Museum, both very likely places for T10 to have gone to model classic cars for the game...have identical Sports 800s, both red with a black roof.
Volkswagen Rabbit
Postal² (2003)
I'm surprised nobody has pointed out that this is a 1981 facelifted Rabbit. Pre-facelift models still had the round headlights.
GMC Sierra
Deliver Us Mars (2023)
The grille extends down a bit, looks more like the 2003 facelift.
Meanwhile, it's also got the bumper and tailgate of the 2015+ Toyota Tacoma.
Made for Game Hatchback
Riff Racer - Race Your Music! (2016)
Yeah, it looks like they crossed a R5 Turbo with one of the late 80s-early 90's Alpine models.
Polestar 1
Need for Speed: Unbound (2022)
Because the Polestar 1 was intended as a limited production model from the start, that's why.
It was never intended as a mass produced model, or to be built for more than just a few years.
Chevrolet Caprice
Saints Row (2022)
They certainly messed things up with this car. It's based on a Caprice, but it's front wheel drive...
Infiniti Q60S
Need for Speed: Unbound (2022)
'PBLACK' - the Project Black S concept car that used F1 tech.
Aston Martin DB5
Need for Speed: Unbound (2022)
'LU 6789' - One of the revolving number plates on James Bond's DB5, specifically the Swiss plate.
Saints Row (2022)
Found another special spawn variant vehicle.
It's a Courser with a full bodykit and spoiler, with color shift light blue/pink paint, blue underglow, and a unique Itasha-seque paintjob. It occasionally spawns in the parking lot of the pharmacy, across from the big cactus fast travel point, under the motor oil mural.
It's also equipped with nitrous, which is a direct indicator of a special variant spawn.
Nissan Maxima
Test Drive: Eve of Destruction (2004)
Actually...it's none of these. Rather, it's a Nissan Maxima [A32].
Ferrari F40 JGTC
Zen Nihon GT Senshuken Max Rev (1997)
This would be the #34 Team TAISAN F40 that debuted in 1994, and also ran in 1995, looking pretty much exactly the same.

Toyota Hilux
Saints Row (2022)
Honestly, this doesn't look all that much like a Hilux to me. The front looks more like a Tundra, and the rest looks rather Made For Game, not truly resembling a real vehicle.
Made for Game Hoverboard
Saints Row (2022)
Could this possibly be SR's version of the Lexus Hoverboard?
Kenworth T-680
Saints Row (2022)
That's one sweet nod to 'Big Trouble in Little China'!
Saints Row (2022)
Not sure if it would be complete enough to be listed, but in West Providencia, I found a grille that's made from the front end of an old Mini.
Would be cool if it's a little hint at a car to come in future DLC content.
Kenworth T-680
Saints Row (2022)
Main front end looks like a Mack Anthem, second front end option looks like a Kenworth T600B.
unknown
Saints Row (2022)
Looks like a Polaris ACE crossed with a Meyers Manx...on steroids.
unknown
Saints Row (2022)
Front of a first gen S-10, bed from a late model RAM.
There's also a body option that replaces the body with that from the Reaper.
unknown
Saints Row (2022)
I'm thinking either a Honda Pioneer or a Kubota RTV, those seem to be the closest to this.
Also, there's also body parts that can be added to make somewhat of a Shelby Cobra replica, similar to Caddyshack Golf Carts' licensed Cobra golf cart, but on a side-by-side UTV.
Dodge Sprinter
Saints Row (2022)
Interestingly, the Porter has four grille options, three of which resemble different branded vehicles.
The Crosshair grille, option 1, of course, resembles the Dodge Sprinter.
The second option is a two-bar grille with a round Breton badge, resembling a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
The third option has three segments and an oval Breton badge, resembling the current generation Ford Transit.
Ford F-350
Saints Row (2022)
Strangely, the headlights and grille remind me a little of an 80's Land Cruiser. Which is unusual on a big American truck.

Ford Police Interceptor Utility
Saints Row (2022)
Tip: You can actually build one of these out of a stock Vigilance.
All of the police part and even the police graphics are available in the modification menu, so you don't even have to steal a police one to get one, just grab a normal one off of the street and add all the parts.

Saints Row (2022)
Also agree on Peugeot 206. A bit strange for the location, but still pretty cool.
