Given the fact that many high detail racing games with licensed cars model their cars by laser scannning the real thing...I'd say it'd be pretty darn hard for them to get this in there, given that nobody knows the whereabouts of the GT90, after it was intended to be put up for auction in 2010, then mysteriously pulled before the auction and hasn't been seen since.

Did some research, turns out that in 1980, Eastern Raider's body was that of a Foxbody Ford Mustang. Editing the page to reflect.
Honda Insight

Gangstar: New Orleans (2017)
The headlights definitely look Astra, while the rear lights look like they came off of a late model Accord coupe.

The grille reminds me a little of the Kigan AWD from WD/WD2, with the three segments and the badge in the middle of the top segment, and the side intakes on the bumper remind me of a Dodge SRT4.

Regardless, the body is still Insight.

I'm debating between an Orion or a New Flyer. The driver's side windshield portion isn't at an angle, so I'm leaning towards New Flyer. It's probably best to wait until we see more of it.

Well, the paint scheme, in it's grey/silver and blue combo certainly resembles that of the iconic R34 from 2F2F, but, as mentioned, the body shape doesn't match.

Cadillac XLR-V

Midnight Club: Los Angeles (2008)
That's because the XLR was based on the Y platform utilized by the Corvette, and built in the same factory in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The XLR-V was, in fact, barely more powerful than a base model C6, and the base XLR was a snail in comparison to the base model C6.

That was mainly because of the underpowered Northstar V8s under the hood, as opposed to the more powerful LS series engines in the Corvette.

Aside from being more luxurious, the XLR was the Corvette's lesser brother.
Porsche Panamera Turbo

Need for Speed: Payback (2017)
If I recall properly, for instance...Top Gear (the original iconic trio) compared the profile of the 970 to the Austin Maxi (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Austin_Maxi), with it's 'elephantine' rear.

Whereas the 971's more 911-like styling (especially in the rear) puts it more akin to the 989 prototype (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porsche_989) developed between 1988 and 1991.
Nissan Fairlady 240ZG

Need for Speed: Payback (2017)
I've seen some people attempt to recreate it and post it on the NFS Reddit.
Porsche Panamera Turbo

Need for Speed: Payback (2017)
The Sport Turismo sure is a stunner. Porsche did a phenomenal job when they designed the 971, solving all of the 'issues' with the predecessor 970.

Interesting fact: The Panamera [971] has a centrally mounted tachometer that is a nod back to the 356A.
Toyota Truck

Grand Theft Auto V (2013)
No, it's a Toyota Truck...it's just identified as the wrong generation. This one's a 79-83 generation model, the grille and headlights are nearly identical to SR5s of THAT generation, which has a four opening grille, as opposed to the six opening one on the Rebel.

Of course, that generation didn't have the XtraCab option, that was introduced for the generation this one's listed as, so it's a mix of both, but mainly the 79-83.

It's just a customized plate. Many of Konkordski's rear view shots for this game have them.

- M4 GTS says 'MPOWER'
- '55 Bel Air says 'SLEEPER'
- '14 ZL1 says 'CAMARO'
- Boss 302 says 'EYBOSS'
- Regera says 'HYPER'
- Aventador says 'FORZA'
- Murcielago says 'MCKNLEY'
- Defender says 'ROVER'
- Exige says 'KTERHAM'
- RX-7 says 'ROTOR4' (NFS Carbon reference)
- Cougar says 'COUGAR'
- 350Z says 'FAIRLDY'
- Huayra BC says 'HRRARGH' (might be a reference to how most people had a hard time pronouncing the car's name when it was first revealed)
- Beetle says 'LOVEBUG'

I quite like the idea, because it gets old seeing the same 'PAYBACK' plate all the time.
Porsche 911 Turbo

Forza Motorsport 7 (2017)
For those who don't know, this is one of the rarest 911s ever built. Official records say 80 were made, though the true number is apparently 86.

Also, the car drops 180kg over a standard Turbo S of this generation. Hence the name, Leichtbau, which is German for 'light build'. Basically Germany's equivalent to Superleggera (Italian, known for being used by Lamborghini).
Renault Clio

Wreckfest (2018)
Even if it's a placeholder, shouldn't it still be listed since it IS in the game?

Not only that, but the wheels aren't even connected to the truck and you can see the brake discs poking up from behind the tires.

As for the lack of most badging, there is a customization trend of 'debadging', so that's not unrealistic.
