The Crew Motorfest have the convertible version.

I'm pretty sure he was referring to the coupe model, which would likely be in console games in general. Namely, Forza which would likely have the Dark Horse model.

A convertible version would not fit in many racing games.

I personally don't think doubleposting helps in that regard. As for everything else, I think this car would've served in FM23, but T10 didn't include it. Which is dumb.

I largely dislike most cars from the 2000s because they are just terrible cars, aside from iconic models like the Carrera GT. The Magnum SRT8 here is the lone exception for American cars that aren't trash.

The game seems to possibly have some visual hiccups when it comes to color grading, color representation and fidelity. So I'm going to wait a few updates and see if that changes.

Granted, that would be expected considering the game hasn't been globally released yet, only in early access. I will agree with you on that note, but what of timed events? We have an Acura that's locked behind the timegate, and by the time they sort out the visual maladies, the car won't be available anymore, and we'd have to wait for months.

Not to mention that they totally lied to us about the cars we were getting. Why can't we drive the 935, Oreca 07 that was clearly shown in pre-release material, only to suddenly withdraw it for no apparent reason and screw us over.

This BS with modern gaming needs to stop.

IMO, it would be nice to replace the current country pictures in "tracks or places" with the actual ingame road maps. Same for the states in American Truck Sim, as well.

Why? It doesn't make sense at all. In all honesty I don't think the ingame road maps are feasible to screencap and use as Tracks or places. And nothing lasts forever due to map reworks coming in updates, so that suggestion is kinda moot.

For one, the world map UI is kind of gray... and not visually appealing. Especially with smaller locales like Luxembourg. Scenery shots, such as monuments to a country work well here.

And these 'welcome to' state signs in ATS have traditionally been here for a while, so I wouldn't change it.

It's also interesting to note this is a British-specification model of the GT4RS. Meaning it is RHD and has the recycled FH4 Euro license plate.

Bit of an overreaction, no? Also you need to be aware that T10/PG recently reacquired the Stellantis cars, so it might be a while before the Alfa Romeo/Lancia/Fiat/Abarth family will be reunited to the FM reboot. At the very least it should be free content.

A recent patch fixed the Forza aero issue but the thumbnail remains. Will that be fixed? Who knows.

So it's all official: West Balkans will release two weeks from now: October 19th.

Which means that the remaining content will be added around the 1.48.5 update, which is rare in these cases.

This one is bittersweet since this is basically the only map expansion we're getting after Iberia. Heart of Russia was a tragic story, and I'm happy to see the Balkan DLC to come into the light.

I will be the sole contributor for everything that's in this big map expansion.

This poster is a very fitting name for the state of IGCD that it is in, and the profanity highlights it better. It also scares away very bad people, and trolls, like vw and Leandro for example. They even heighten it further with the thieves and the wife part. Which shows how cool they are.

As for the car itself, it looks like a generic late 80s to early 90s American coupe, known for poor quality. Pretty sure there's a stock photo or press release pic of this car somewhere.

Six years of development, and they did not change anything about this model. Still the worst BNR32 in existence. I bet it's going to have the same proportion problems, the warped steering wheel badge, and the works. And it will be half-Forzavista.

Looks like they still keep regurgitating the same ol awful Chevelle model. :/

It's more than the Chevelle that's bad. Search my name and I can tell you they just straight up copy and pasted all the FM7 or FH5 models and upscaled it to death. They don't even bother to include the SS trim - which has been missing since 2014 - and it made the model worse.

Furthermore, they keep dragging the same awful Civic EP3, Corrado, Silvia S15 and the F355 models that date back to at least 2005. I posted a suggestion regarding remastering these unloved models, and what did they do?

They didn't do a damn thing.

If there is one word in particular I would describe how to unlock these three police vehicles, all based on the Metropolitan Police liveries of old, it would be: Ludicrous.

Why may you ask? Because Yard-o-rama (no doubt referencing Futurama) is an exercise in frustration, all the way from here to London. Let me dissect this painful head-to-head required for bonus completion.

If you are familiar with these bonus challenges, these races pit you with opponents, while the traffic uses unique cars that you're given to (via a vague gurgling sound) after winning these events.

While the New York bonus head-to-head is doable with the right car (and speed), this one is at the bottom of the barrel. Literally.

For starters, this particular head-to-head has you driving across the River Thames. Three times in a row. With the constabulary being used as traffic props, which makes it all the more frustrating considering hitting a single police van or wagon is an instafail. Worse still is how you're ganged up with this very car when you start the event, and you're placed in an area of London that commands precise handling - something that is very hard to do given the MM2 engine it's based off of - and requires a car with a maximal handling stat.

All head-to-head events have a timer, but this one is arguably the worst ever. One minute and 40 seconds (100 seconds) is barely even enough to make it there, even with the best route planned out. I've tried many times, and it has failed badly. Even the underground section is pretty tough, and that's if you don't run headfirst into a police van, or worse, the game glitches out and you'd fall out of the game map.

I don't know how anyone managed to get these three cars, and how I'd do different is a mystery.
