Toyota Previa

Secret Files 2: Puritas Cordis (2009)
Looks like a slightly newer model (judging be the thinner headlights), maybe it should be listed as a '95 instead.
Toyota Echo

Saints Row 2 (2008)
It's probabaly worth pointing out that this car bears the same in-game manufacturer as the other Toyota-based vehicles, so it's more likely to be based on a Toyota Echo.

Lexus RX

Need for Speed: Most Wanted 5-1-0 (2005)
That car on the right isn't listed, although I'm not sure what it's based on...

The SUV doesn't really resemble a Lexus RX either.
Ford Crown Victoria

Alone in the Dark (2008)
It's a Ford Crown Victoria, with altered rear styling - it's Crown Vic-inspired design is much more obvious when you see it from the front. The same applies to the other 2 cars listed a Lincoln Town Cars - they're also Crown Vics.

Checker Taxicab

Grand Theft Auto 2 (1999)
This is merely the "civilian" version of the Taxi Xpress, which is listed as a Checker A6.
Volkswagen Pick-Up

Grand Theft Auto 2 (1999)
Looks more like a Daihatsu Midget, but with a flattened front end.
Flxible VisiCoach

Grand Theft Auto 2 (1999)
It's just called "Bus" in-game, not "Autobus".
Ford F-150

Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit (1998)
If you can only drive this car - and certain others - by using cheats then it isn't technically a playable or unlockable vehicle asyou can't get it by "normal" means. All of the traffic cars in NFS II can be driven via cheats codes as well, but none of those are listed as playable/unlockable vehicles. It may be better to just list these as unplayable, otherwise, it's kinda misleading - especially for people who have never played the game.

Either that, or maybe we could create a new star for cars which are "playable via cheat codes". Doesn't seem like a bad idea...
Pontiac 6000 Safari

Heavy Rain (2010)
Funnily enough, it does actually look like a Lada, but if you were to flip the headlights around, it would look like a Passat Variant - this game being set in the US, that's what it's more likely to be.
GMC RTS

Heavy Rain (2010)
GM TDH 5303

GMC RTS

Seems pretty obvious that it's an RTS to me.
Chrysler Pacifica

Driver: Parallel Lines (2006)
Definately a Pacifica, especially from the front - even the name "Indiana" is a direct spoof of the real thing; both names are derived from oceans, the Pacific and Idian.
Ford LTD Country Squire

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars (2009)
Kinda looks like the Regina from GTA Vice City, although the back end looks vaguely similar to the GTA III - GTA SA Perennial. Ford LTD Country Squire seems like the best option here.
Oldsmobile 442

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars (2009)
It seems to be loosely based on the GTA IV Stallion
Daihatsu Bee

Asphalt: Urban GT (2004)
Daihatsu Bee
Packard Hawk

Just Cause (2006)
I agree, it's almost identical to the Packard Hark.
Honda Odyssey

Choro Q HG (2000)
Yes, Honda Odyssey.
AM General M-35

Jungle Strike (1993)
Is this supposed to be a military truck of some sort? If so, then it's most likely an AM General M-35 or something similar.
Chevrolet Suburban

Jungle Strike (1993)
Could be pretty much anything. If it is a wagon, my first impression was a Volvo (either 240 or 740). It seems kinda like an SUV, though, so who knows...
Cadillac Fleetwood Limousine

Jungle Strike (1993)
Based on the "cutscene" screenshot, it seems to be based a Cadillac (most likey a Fleetwood).
Eagle Model 05

Jungle Strike (1993)
The closest real life vehicle I can think of is the GMC PD 4107
Citroën C15

Gangs of London (2006)
There's quite a few vans that this is similar too, but there's no real way to know for certain what it's based on. The vans which, in my opinion, bear the closest resemblance to this van are as follows:

VW Caddy: commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Vw_caddy_2_sst.jpg
Fiat Fiorino: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Fiat_Fiorino_front_20080111.jpg

Ford Transit

Gangs of London (2006)
From what I've seen, this appears to be a mixture of second and third generation Iveco Daily Vans, although those headlights are definately from a Transit
Volvo 850 Hearse

Gangs of London (2006)
There are Volvo hearses: www.crowndeed.co.uk/images/volvo_hearse_4459_main.jpg - not sure what they're actually called though.
BMW 3

Gangs of London (2006)
Looks more like a 5 Series [E34] with headlights from a 3 Series.
Vauxhall Calibra

Gangs of London (2006)
At a glance, this car resembles a Citroen Xantia. The grille, however, seems like it's taken from a Rover and going by the shape, it could be a Rover 214 (with no indicators).
Toyota Carina E

Gangs of London (2006)
I think this is the same model as most of the cars featured here: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=16897

The car itself reminds me of a BMW 3 Series [E36]. Although, if you ignore the front, it's also vaguely similar to a Vauxhall Vectra - the rear lights (visible in the picture I linked to) seem to reinforce its Vectra resemblance.
Porsche 911

Dead Heat Scramble (1990)
For some reason, I immediately thought this was a Porsche 911, but it's pretty generic-looking, so Made for Game is probably the best option in this case.
Grumman Kurbmaster

Biohazard: Outbreak (2004)
I've seen the front of this van in one of the game's cutscenes, and it's clearly based on a Chevrolet Step Van or a Grumman Kurbmaster (circular headlights with a small rectangular indicator above each one).
Toyota Sienna

Sonic Adventure 2 (2001)
Looks like something Japanese, fromt the front at least - probably a Toyota or Honda. The back does resemble an Astro though.

Suzuki Swift

OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast (2006)
My first thought was Fiat Stilo MultiWagon, but this looks too simplified. Looks absolutely nothing like a Saxo either, though.

Susuki Swift seems to be the closest thing to it for now.

Nevertheless, here'sa couple of rear views for comparison:

Citroen Saxo - commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Citroen_Saxo_rear_20080403.jpg
Suzuki Swift - commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Suzuki_Swift_rear_20081216.jpg
Chrysler LeBaron Convertible

Dead Rising (2006)
Yes, it's most likely a LeBaron - commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Chrysler_LeBaron_front_20080820.jpg I think the only difference is really just the headlights and the lack of a Chrysler badge on the grille.

Volkswagen Golf Cabriolet

Extreme Taxi: USA (2005)
Shouldn't it be "Cabriolet", instead of "Cabrio"? Every other one on this site is listed under that name.
Mitsubishi Eclipse

Innercity Burnout (2009)
This looks similar to a car featured in Shanghai Street Racer (another game by Team 6), but it appears to have been tidied up a little bit since then: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=9051
Volkswagen Golf

Crashday (2006)
Looks more like a Ford Focus or Fiesta to me, although it's maybe just the way the headlights look...
Citroën Jumper

Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit (1998)
To be honest, this is more likely to be a low poly traffic version of the drivable Citroen Jumper that's already listed.
Mazda 323

Crackdown (2007)
Looks more like a Toyota Tercel to be honest en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Toyota_Corsa.jpg (the only pic I could find was of the Japanese version)
Dune Buggy

Crackdown (2007)
Playable/Downloadable
Bugatti Veyron

Crackdown (2007)
'Agency Supercar' - this is its default form, it evolves as the players driving skill improves.
Hunslet ATT77

Crackdown (2007)
Playable/Downloadable
Votkinsky Zavod 9K72 Elbrus

Crackdown (2007)
Isn't "SS1C SCUD B" the name of the actual missile on the truck? I'm pretty sure the truck itself is a MAZ-543.
Made for Game APC

Mass Effect (2007)
I doubt this was intentional, but the front light arrangement closely resembles a Pontiac 6000, lol. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:6000STE.jpg
Westward Go-4 Interceptor

Midnight Club: Street Racing (GBA) (2001)
"Meter Maid", not "Meter Mald".
Renault Clio V6

Midnight Club: Street Racing (GBA) (2001)
I originally was thinking Renault 5 Turbo, but I'm not so sure now...
Renault 5

Midnight Club: Street Racing (GBA) (2001)
Yes, Renault Clio is what I thought aswell - seems to be the "sporty" version though...
LDV Convoy

Midnight Club: Street Racing (GBA) (2001)
This is probably an LDV Convoy aswell, as it uses the same sprite as the Crown Mail van. It would also makes sense, as Convoys were commonly used as ambulances here in the UK.
Ford Crown Victoria

Midnight Club: Street Racing (GBA) (2001)
Shouldn't this (and all the other Crown Vics), just be a "Ford Crown Victoria", it's clearly based on the late '90s/early '00 models, so I don't think the "LTD" should be in the name.
LDV Convoy

Midnight Club: Street Racing (GBA) (2001)
I've only ever played the PS2 version, and the Crown Mail van was an LDV Convoy. So I guess it's safe to assume that this is supposed to be a top-down sprite version of that.
Toyota Echo

Saints Row 2 (2008)
Yes, it's a Toyota Echo
Rover 220 Coupé

Choro Q HG 4 (2003)
CA_NES wrote
The vehicle description is "Hot British design" and remember, these are Choro Q's, the rear doors on sedans will be small or even missing sometimes.

I'm aware of that, however, all the other cars look almost identical to the cars that they are based on, this still looks nothing like a Carlton. I agree with Takumi, it has more in common with the Rover - a British car, need I add.
Rover 220 Coupé

Choro Q HG 4 (2003)
This doesn't really look like a Carlton, besides, wasn't the Carlton a 4 door? This looks more like a 2-door coupe.
