The "Black Mask" edition of the car (no longer available on the demo edition) is the 2009 GT-R production model pre-unveiling. The car's defining features were obscured when it was being tested to avoid spy photographers from snapping it and publishing it in a magazine or on the internet early. At the time of this comment being written, the GT-R is currently obscured by a red sheet on the car selection menu, and when the car itself is unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show, as will its virtual counterpart, ready for the world's first test drives.
