| It's playable after all. | ||
| Nope. Same kit as in FM4 (Spoiler, front/rear bumpers) | ||
| It's the S version, so it's already a 4Matic. You can turn it into a RWD car, though. | ||
Thanks ![]() | ||
| Here we go again with race cars...how this is supposed to be named? | ||
![]() ![]() | ||
| Well, in FM5 this was replaced by the Abarth Punto. The normal Punto makes a perfect traffic car. The RS4 and the C 32...not so much. It's a shame, because in Horizon 1 the traffic was very realistic, with everyday cars in the roads. I hope they reduce the spawn frequency of both models or use a normal A4/C Klasse instead. | ||

| (archivé) | I agree, it was hard to catch it, but it's there. Hopefully more pics will be out soon so I can replace this rubbish. | |
| (archivé) | Taken from a moving video. You can only see a small part per frame, but join all together and it's clearly it. | |
| Indy Light series are in! | ||
![]() | ||
| Finally! Also, the Bondurant school paintjob can be deleted, so no worries. | ||
| Bentley's back! | ||
| It's a game. As you said, the Mehari is a Canis because there's no Citroën, but this is the same case. Who knows why they used a Zagato as main influence when this is supposed to be a Ferrari, but again, this is not about what's supposed to be, it's about what it looks like. You are looking at the tip of the iceberg, ignoring the rest of it. Yup, different front. But with the roof up, both from the rear and the sides, this screams V12 Zagato all over the place. A very simple matter. | ||
| BTW, all Super GT and JGTC cars should be renamed. I already started, but there's a ton of them. GT300, GT500 or GT1/GT2 depending on the type/year. A good amount of work, but needed. | ||
| TheTerminator248 a écrit It looks like a beginner car artist's drawing. They could've atleast gotten the proportions right. The rear is too low and it's bothersome. Really, who cares? It's just a background vehicle. And one of the best I've seen. In FM5 demo it was the real BMW 135i, along other FM3/FM4 recycled cars, but for licensing reasons, they were altered into more generical things. | ||
| Thanks, changed to that. | ||
| I'm not sure about how to name this correctly. But at least they were nice enough to leave the original model badges, 420 and 164L. | ||
| The license plate is real. 2010. | ||
| I think it means Huracán. Maybe. | ||
| Anyone knows how to name this exactly? | ||
| Looks like a Vector. | ||
Definitely not. It's a perfect match to a Buick Century as you can see:![]()
| Yes. All developers make mistakes like this one. For example, take Forza's Nissan 240SX. Listed as a 1994 year model, when that year was for convertibles only. That was fixed in FM5. This is the same history. | ||
Mk.8? I don't think so ![]()
| Peugeot 208 rear most notably. | ||
| With BMW X3 rear too. | ||
| As expected...Dodge Challenger interior. | ||
| Cadillac CTS interior. | ||
| SAAB interior. | ||
| Interior from Mazda 2. | ||
| With front end from a Ford Focus Mk 3 and interior from a Renault Megane Mk 3 -- Last edit: 2014-01-28 23:47:37 | ||
| It seems it is. The name is worth nothing, in many cases yes, but it's not a rule at all. The Citroën Mehari is listed as a Karin, and that doesn't make it a Toyota, among other examples. Maybe it was supposed to be a California, but is deadly obvious that they took the main body cues off a V12 Zagato. Rear and sides are identical. This is about what the car looks like, not what is supposed to be. | ||
| It seems like all Imprezas are listed wrong (except 1st gen ones) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subaru_Impreza According to this (and IMCDB too) Impreza gens go like this: First generation (1992–2000; GC, GF, GM) Second generation (2000–2007; GD, GG) Third generation (2007–2011; GE, GH, GR, GV) Fourth generation (2011–2014 GP, GJ) So every Impreza from 2000 to 2007 should be Series II, this one should be Series III, and the new STi should be Series V. Does everybody agree? | ||
| Next it should be the Morgan 3-Wheeler. I'm expecting the Caparo T1 and the LCC Rocket as well at some point in the future (they were licensed for PGR4 back on the day) | ||
| In fact, for a background vehicle, it's quite detailed. | ||
Not at all. Clearly a VehiCROSS:![]()
| I think it's supposed to be a generic version of this: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=41366 It's weird they're doing this now. In FM4 it even had the Chevy bowtie. | ||
| Yes, but I'm not making pics of that one. Like the Transit, those are 2d models. A 3d version of the Mazdaspeed 3 is available, that's the one I'm going to add. | ||
| Funny, the background cars back in the demo days were like the real ones. They were altered later for the final release. | ||
| Just a sad background car for now...I hope it comes back. | ||
| The name is a dead giveaway...G Wagen for sure. | ||
| A game developer would NEVER license a car for use as a background vehicle, as a rule. They modified the design so no copyright laws can be applied here. This happens in like 90% of all background cars in games. -- Last edit: 2013-11-30 19:34:06 | ||

Ha. LUKEGT used one of my pics from Horizon ![]()
| Another option would be OEM kits for this purpose. You get an Euro car and you could add US bumpers, and the other way round too, of course. In many cases they only have to add/erase the extra lights and done. | ||
| I see... Anyway, I don't mind them using US Spec models, they will make people happy in the US (I prefer the cleaner Euro look with less lights, though) but in this case...this car was born to have rounded lights. That's why it would be great to have each car from their own country spec, that would mean japanese cars with RHD, but...it's the way it should be, in the end. | ||
| Also, the Golf R32 is a whole new model (now is US Spec, though) They did made a lot of progress in fixing bugs and inaccuracies, but they still have a long road to go... | ||
So, the GTI always had square ones, but the normal ones (at least some) had rounded? I'm confused now.![]() |
