 Chevrolet Silverado Cars Toon: Mater's Tall Tales (2010) | Here's why I'm now thinking 1999-02 Silverado: 1. Rounded cabin shape. Too rounded for a 1992-96 F-Series. 2. Square wheel wells. Ford currently hasn't used this since 1986 7th gen Bullnose. 3. The front end shape is similar but removed the horizontal bar so it looks less like a real Chevy front. Only thing that actually screams 1992-96 F-Series is headlight texture, look at the bottom turn signals. 4. Even the hood slant and maybe taillight shape are similar! Chevrolet Silverado Cars Toon: Mater's Tall Tales (2010) | The first 9th gen year was 1992, not 1996. However, come to think of it some may say 1993 because of how rare 1992s are compared to 1993-96. NOW it makes sense why IMCDb's Cars 1 F-150 page called itself a 1993 before till now! Believe it or not, this is actually Duff Wrecks (TruKing Wolf's favorite character a friend of mine from Fandom) from Cars 1! He appears in Cars, when Boost, DJ, Wingo, and Snot Rod are speeding down Interstate 40, before they stumble upon a sleepy Mack. As the four delinquents speed by him while weaving through traffic, Duff angrily honks his horn at them. It is unknown if he actually appeared again passing Lightning McQueen sleeping as a truck honks at him, or is a character with the same or a similar design. He is a 2000 Equalizer Mule pickup truck that is painted white, resembling a Ford Ranger of the same year (or even a 1999-2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Regular Cab due to short bed), without the horizontal grille bar. He also has a color-matched white bumper, white rims and a black grille (although his diecast depicts him with a chrome grille), as well as a license plate that reads "26M3L".
