2009-07-01 16:49 | The Perennial is now based on the much more futuristic-looking 2006 Honda Odyssey MPV or the (2006-2009) Honda Stream. The US version of the Honda Odyssey is much taller and more van-like, so it appears to be the JDM/International version of the Odyssey, which is closer to an estate car and isn't sold in the US despite it being prominent in the game. It does not have sliding doors, as the international version does not feature them. The Perennial also comes with a glass panoramic-style roof. Although it is mostly based on the JDM version of the Honda Odyssey, the side rear window looks very similar to a Mercedes-Benz R-Class. Also, the glass roof is very reminiscent of the ill-fated Renault Avantime, though it was a coupe and not an MPV. |

2009-06-25 18:06 | In a round about way the Rover 400 was a Japanese car, It was built in Japan as well as the UK and sold as a Honda at a time when honda and Rover both owned big stakes in each other and worked together. It does also look like the larger Rover 600/Honda Accord of the 90's. I also think the back end is all wrong for it to be a Lexus. |
