2012-10-27 11:21 | I'm surprised that nobody thought about it before me, but the beta is no way a '70 Mustang but a '69 one (only the front is different, but the body of these 2 model-years are the same). Then, the final version shouldn't be a '69 too? -- Last edit: 2012-10-27 11:27:07

2012-10-13 13:21 | For recapitulate... This car has probably an altered front, and maybe rear, for copyright reasons. Then, we should concentrate about the side (the main body). So, it can't be a Renault 19 Chamade: It could be a Renault 21, hovewer the rear seems too long and the rear doors don't match: Volvo 440 sounds right, but the extra glasses looks a bit bigger than this car: Or an Audi 80, but the rear also looks too long:

2012-09-09 09:50 | The body look like a '55/'57 GM body, so it could be a Chevy Bel Air/210/150, a Pontiac Star Chief, an Oldsmobile 88/98, or a Buick Century. In all of these cars, the only I found which were available as taxi in Istambul are the '55 Chevy ( www.linternaute.com/auto/magazine/photo/le-tour-du-monde-des-taxis/entre-l-europe-et-l-asie-la-bel-air.shtml ), and the '56 one (bvw-photos.com/TURKEY/AUTOMOBILES/chevrolet_bel_air_1956_2.html ). Since this car look like the 210/Bel Air 2 door of the same level (Istanbul), this taxi could an improved version (another generation), so, even if it doesn't fit perfectly, I'd go with a '55 Chevrolet, and rather a 210 or 150 than Bel Air, because of lower chrome trims.
