It was discussed and the surnames will not be added as they only show up in the brady games strategy guide, and those guides are not always consistent with the final product of a game.

Look man the admins miss these things from time to time. I have a couple of replacement images for Gran Turismo 6 that haven't been changed either.

Also while your pics are better they do have alot of dead space that could be edited out, ya know? Or at least imo they do.

So like for instance here are three I edited myself:

the hood shape is very narrow like a "V" and there are horizontal (modern) headlights, grille is also a stretched variant from the Prowler.

Years later I comment on this!
Because it's pretty much Ford hotrod.
I mean if you look at something like this img123.s3.amazonaws.com/2017/08/30/a6/9b3818bab364148a_489195543f45ef.jpg

I can't actually see any prowler on here.. other than the vague similar shape, prowler being based on the old hotrod designs and all.

Late 30s ford, with a pretty customized body. only thing that stands out as being really different is the tail lights to me.

That's no Mark. It looks to be a 1975 or 1976 Lincoln Continental, just not a Mark series. Hard to tell how many doors it has from this angle so I'm not sure if it's a sedan/Town Car or a Town Coupe, but it's definitely a mid '70s Continental.

I say this, since I did not find any pictures of the 604 taxi, but if of other Peugeots, then it is a 604, but they were inspired by the Taxi that the Tagora has.
It could also be that at the time they used any car that is resistant as a taxi, like many other Peugeots, nothing more that would have to be fixed in Films between 1978 and 1986 in France, especially in the streets of Nice.

78.media.tumblr.com/a36b6936c5bb667a00252bb58aea76dc/tumblr_ndagy8d7TS1taq1ojo7_400.jpg
Taxi Parisien says, it used to be a taxi in France at some point in the late 70's, only the front lenses were changed because of the real brands in the vehicles of the game, as happened with the Ford Mustang of Miami, other is equal to the car of the photo, even the wheels of the car are the same as those of the game.
It is not a Renault 9 or Allianz, it is not a Renault brand, it is Talbot, because, they are small cars, the Tagora is a longer and bigger car like in the game.
