Uralvagonzavod designed and produced this tank.
Maybe this is not soviet or russian T-72, because in Ugoslavia produced special variant of T-72 - the Zastava M84 MBT.

The manufacturer would be Fisher, as for the rest of the Shermans. However, they were never used by US forces, only the Israeli army, so it's a 'built for Israel'.
