There is a prize version of this which is red. and is called "Red Lowrider" and it has a button on the hood just like "Piston Lowrider" However, no version of this car is drivable, unless modified.

I think you see this at the beginning of at least one of the challenge levels, it rocks back and forth, like one of those cars you put a quarter in and ride outside of supermarkets. Good times. :)

There is a button on the hood (or bonnet) that bounces the front of the car, and anything that touches the button(like sackboy)
Playable about half way through the level Lowrider. It is also available as a prize in-game.

It looks bland because you are supposed to decorate it, but I left it how it comes to be true to the purpose of IGCD. It is also available as a prize in-game.
