This is notoriously rare as it only spawns in the government-controlled Panau International Airport. Only about 4 or 5 of them are on the ground and at least two of them will taxi and take off. Oh, and they're all red-marked. Panau Air is completely military controlled and all pilots are Panauan soldiers. They do have a unique heatless (aka green-marked) version of this plane but it only appears in a runway on one of the Roaches' faction missions.

Shown here is the songtheaw-oriented Sunrise, which is one of the four models of the Kuang family of wooden boats - of which they're very popular in Southeast Asia. Not sure how we can ID this entry or any of the other Kuangs, which are the Sunset (another wooden ship) and the Homestead (basically a double-decker Adventure houseboat). They typically spawn anywhere in the island but there are two permanent spots where any version of the Kuang spawns, but for some reason they are red-marked which means you will get heat just for driving it.

Getting one in good condition is even harder because there's no green-marked version of this quad anywhere, and if the military see you in any red-marked vehicle, they will attack you. Basically get heat level 3 and this ATV ought to spawn.

Fun fact: This model used to be a police car, or what's left of it due to the siren used in the Kenwall Heavy Rescue. The renderings resemble those of the Aquilas and it implies that Just Cause 2 was meant to have a police force like in the original, and the "Vaultier" name belongs to a couple of vehicles in San Esperito's police in JC1.

If you really must know, I don’t think that “Eclipse sedan” is identified correctly. The San Andreas Tacoma really does look like a Monte Carlo made into a 4-door, it’s a small creative liberty they took. Making a Commodore into a compact 2-door sedan seems far-fetched though. I think the Tercel fits better as a cheap, compact car. I understand you aren’t trying to start a war, “IGCD Wars” are something invented by people who are averse to discussion and scared of other people’s opinions.
