2016-04-03 18:15 | I compared them and I made a choice. Let's put the cargo bed aside, since that can be changed. We should focus on the cab instead. Whole front part of the cab is REO, with the difference of the sloppiness of the hood. Glasshouse is closer to US6, but it isn't as sloped. Sure roof is solid, but it's actually quite clear it was made to be mix of the two. For me it's more of a REO than Studebaker.
Hakari photo_librarymode_comment 2016-04-03 00:48 | Screw you igcd.net for deleting my comments. Again then: Tycek wrote No way in hell this is an US6. Everything from the ground up is REO and the only thing that was taken from US6 is similar shape of the glasshouse. The only things that are from REO there are the bumper, fenders and front fascia. The rest is slightly changed US6. Look at the shape and design of the greenhouse and the hood. They are much rounder than REO ones. Also the hood and windshield are sloped like Studebaker's. Solid roof rather than convertible one also suggest that this is Studebaker and the cargo area is taken definitely from US6 without any design modifications. Just compare those two trucks: REO M35 c2.staticflickr.com/5/4111/5175654772_b973fccdb7_b.jpg Studebaker US6 military-vehicle-photos.com.s3.amazonaws.com/6444.jpg Look at their overall shape and make your choice.
