It's well fit for the newest update. Tesla Model Y Euro Truck Simulator 2 (2012)	TheGreaser 2023-01-06 17:42	Yes. Page is for the white vehicle that looks nothing like the other vehicles currently listed on the entry. From what it looks like it certainly has that Tesla flair. Can't be a Model S because it looks far more detailed than the low-poly Model S (and the Superb and Mustang on the right side of the Staatstheater Stuttgart are totally ingame models and not lowpolys) and I believe the lights are shorter, giving a Model 3 lookalike. So maybe it could be a Model 3, which is something I requested to be added to ETS2 and ATS since EVs started dominating the world, and the Tesla (I think) is a hot sell in Europe. Not every car is tied to the West Balkans expansion, mind you. EDIT: Sorry for premature posting, misclick on my end. EDIT2: You know, I did send SCS a spreadsheet on new cars barring those of regional DLCs, and it makes sense. ETS2 has evolved so much that traffic here seems like it has barely updated. I made this expansive spreadsheet based on four weeks' worth of Google Street View hunting across some highways of Europe. My criticism with this is because ETS2 has no EVs at the moment. Reality is staring to catch up to them, so I gave them a wishlist and they're considering following through each one. This whole research tip was not bogus since I've seen all the car journalists talking about new cars, first drives and new EVs they're experimenting. unknown Euro Truck Simulator 2 (2012)	TheGreaser 2022-12-09 19:27	So this particular mini-backhoe was added around patch 1.31 when those 'random events' were brought to the ETS2 world. I am fairly certain this was also in ATS before and I will check on that soon, which is not listed in said game. This particular entry accompanies one of the more annoying road events - roadside repair maintenance. With these you will get a couple of signs simply pulled from various Euro signs and have a hard limit of 30 km/h (that is about 19 or 20 mph for imperial users), usually followed by construction workers, a foreman, some construction paraphernalia and some stoplights, and ends with a German speed derestriction sign regardless of country. It was added in update 1.45 which not only added this, several new trailers, but also its home factory in Werlte, Germany. Think of this as a gift for your virtual truck.

For ATS, which it was first introduced, it wasn't any problem at all. Large SUVs were popular in the U.S., and the GLS was brought there to cash in the artistic trend. That or somebody requested it. I did not see anyone (and I mean ANYONE) request this to be included in ETS2. It was NEVER in any WIP pics for ETS2. And all of the sudden, the 1.45 open beta (which this was added promptly) features this car. I mean what good does a $125K luxury SUV would do in Europe?? I just want a T-Roc, or some unique mini-SUV, not this overpriced, three-row luxury SUV hastily ported off ATS. Worse still is how frequent this spawns, and just like previous additions this spawns in all available countries. Even in sparsely-rich areas like Poland or Latvia, to name a few. The worst offense is this even spawns in the U.K., which no GLS as far as I know was even sold there, nor was made RHD. Hell I even threw up a spreadsheet (which I doubt they'll see and take suggestions of) for future AI cars, discounting the regional ones. And if you're wondering, new AI vehicles were used to promote the theme of the country/region. This is NOT one of those vehicles. This is CLEARLY a rip of the ATS asset and given different rims and improper license plate alignment. I have criticized about this addition on the Steam forums for 1.45 and well I wasn't alone on this. Kinda sad this has fallen since we barely get any new AI cars. Where is the new 208? Why are we not getting modern EVs? What's the deal? Just my 2 cents.
