Remember that this game was made in the UK and this level was set in Soviet Russia, so it is likely (but not certain) that this truck originates from one of those countries.

I agree that the grille is definitely from the Ford, and the cab is from the International Harvester, but the Morris is still the closest estimate for the lights and front fenders.

This should be made for game (and not because I'm trying to prove a point). This looks nothing like the tank suggested, and is clearly a futuristic tank designed exclusively for this level in the game.
