Yep, while it is a little bit exaggerated, it's pretty much one to one.

On another note, a purple model owned by Wilmington Featherbottom (Friggin' Featherbottom!) exists. And they're both destroyed.

Obviously MFG, since it's based on the same model from Vblank's Retro City Rampage.

Man, getting that tank was difficult. First of all - to even see it and steal it, you need to shoot down as many cops as possible to raise your heat level. Orange level will get you FBI agents and their cars, armed with either a revolver, shotgun or SMG. Red level heat will get you the Army, all armed with either the punchy PG-47 assault rifle or the powerful rocket launcher (the latter making survival impossible), with their SUVs and this tank above.

Getting one is painful, because some soldiers have launchers that can destroy one in about two hits anywhere. The tank itself is impractical since the turret cannot be rotated and the cannon can only fire at the direction you drive. Don't know if it can be stored, but I bet it won't. This and the Army SUV are the only cars in the whole game that cannot be purchased.

On the plus side, like the monster truck, it can crush vehicles.

Based on the civi Maladro, this vehicle is used by the FBI, in Hawaii, and it has made some appearances in missions involving the regulators.

Game is almost complete! That tank was a pain in the ass to get to. Same with the Army SUV (which I haven't added yet) which is based on the Outlander.

There's also a tank, but getting one is nigh impossible because, for starters, you need to be at maximal heat, in which the Army will show up to kill you. They are armed with PG-47s and rocket launchers, which make it very hard to attack them, and you will be dead in seconds. The PG-47 in particular is a deadly weapon when others are involved - one shot can knock you back, and because it's a fully-automatic assault rifle, consistent shots can leave you defenseless.

I'll do a weapon guide. Is it okay?

I was able to secure a side view:

It appears to be based on a pixelated Boyertown or some other small delivery van.

And the way it is slanted is similar to this from Burnout Revenge:

Has the same sloped front end, divided windows, and compact size.

I always thought this looked like an Isuzu VehiCROSS. It's got two doors, the front looks similar, and it has a spare at the back.

Also, for further identification, I'll do direct side and front end shots.

When the stylistic looks of top-down GTA era clash with The Godfather/Scarface-like business, you get the vibrant look with Shakedown: Hawaii. To quote GameInformer:

Game Informer wrote
Shakedown: Hawaii takes the essence of classic top-down GTA and arcade shooters and infuses it with a wry comic sensibility that hits its mark with the same degree of accuracy as its arcade-precise weapons. You primarily step into the flip-flops of the CEO, but you also take to Hawaii’s streets as his idiotic son (and wannabe DJ) Scooter and business associate Al. Their goal is simple: Build up an open-world business empire as quickly as possible while also catering to the outlandish whims of these darn kids and their newfangled ways.

Source: www.gameinformer.com/review/shakedown-hawaii/a-delightfully-hostile-takeover

From Vblank Entertainment, this hostile-takeover-styled game has all the marks of a crazy man going around threatening and using the power of extortion. I've never played it but I heard it's pretty good.

FYI, Hawaii is a part of the United States, so can the US flag be on the tracks/places?
