Hajime & Koji's MZ11 that is featured in the game is probably based on the one found in the books and an Aoshima diecast replica, with an addition of that very long exhaust pipes sticking several feet on the rear bumper, that exhaust type is actually a thing for Shakotan owners in real life. In the anime adaption and the live-action film of the series, the long exhaust pipes sticks on left side of the car and the number '67' on the side doors and the hood are painted in pink, instead of white with black outlines. In-game said "MZ11"

Z, this Skyline is also from the Japanese 80s anime manga, Shakotan Boogie, where it is owned by Junichi Nomura, the guy who is a responsible mechanic on fixing the MZ11 and Yanky Mate Z, and also known for fixing or customizing other vehicles through the series.
