With those wheel covers, it's a 2006-07 ION 2. The 1 trim level was dropped after 2005, and this wheel cover design was introduced a year after the facelift.

2003-2007 Saturn ION Sedan. The characteristic crease in the doors might be missing, but details like the door handles, the crease right under the side windows and the rear door window shape are a give away. I think you can even see the center mounted gage cluster which should be all you need. :) Also notice the taillight shape in this screenshot, obviously the characteristic roof line was changed to avoid copyright issues.
