The side profile does kinda look like a reversed ZERO (ZERO front -> Javelin 200 rear, ZERO rear -> Javelin 200 front), but the details just don't match the ZERO at all, only the side profile, and that's not even a 100% match.

It might be a Škoda Trekka (or only Trekka) - Chassis from Škoda Octavia (the old one from 60s) and made in New Zeland
