The front and dashboard do match the Mercedes, and the side can also look similar to that. I'd personally class it as the Mercedes, since it's really just that area behind the rear wheels that match the MAN.

The back matches (though there are no lights), and while it's hard to tell here, there are horizontal turning signals below the headlights and a horizontal bar across the grill. The back door on the passenger side is also a double door, which the VW doesn't have.
