To say it isnt anything isn't true- someone used real images for those textures but probably had to massively downgrade them for the PS1 version.

This "car" is the first unlockable vehicle in the game, supposidly representing a tank even though it still has wheels rather than treads. However, rather wonderfully it has a novel weapon that when fired can propel vehicles in its path, as seen above :D
