It would be way more likley to have one of those in a Militant Island then a Land Cruiser, especially before the Land Cruiser was even invented. And they obviously took liberties so It isn't JUST like a Jeep, but similar.

Come on, Opel Blitz never had six wheels and a divided windscreen, this is some period eastern European or American truck, for sure not a Blitz... The inscription says Kergard, or maybe Kegare LOL, but I didn't find anything on that name. It could be the case that the creators wanted to rush and make it look different by adding some Opel Blitz meshes/skins onto it. There has to be a better suggestion out there, this is not a Blitz knockoff.
