Not a perfect match, but it looks more like a facelifted first-gen Ford Galaxy, rather than a C-Max or S-Max.
Berlingo/Partner? | ||
In this Series, they won't be purchasable, because they'll be gifted. In Series 22, though, both Cupras will be added to the Autoshow. The Formentor will be 50k Credits, the Tavascan will be 70k Credits.
Looks to me like this isn't a TJ Rubicon, but rather an LJ Rubicon Unlimited, judging by the longer wheelbase and resulting additional sheetmetal between the door and the rear fender flare. That would then make this a 2005 model year, at the earliest, because Jeep didn't introduce the Rubicon version of the LJ Unlimited until then, even though the LJ had been on sale otherwise since the year prior.
Interesting fact about this Sports 800...it's one of a very limited number of LHD models that were built, 300 in total. The majority of them were made for the Okinawa market (which, at the time post-WW2, was LHD, as opposed to the rest of Japan), but Toyota also sent around 40 of them to the US, though it was decided that the car would likely be a sales flop, Toyota let dealers keep the around 40 LHD models. It's likely tough to tell whether it was the former or latter...heck, even telling where the car they modeled IS is tough, as it turns out...both the Lane Motor Museum and the Petersen Automotive Museum, both very likely places for T10 to have gone to model classic cars for the game...have identical Sports 800s, both red with a black roof.
I'm surprised nobody has pointed out that this is a 1981 facelifted Rabbit. Pre-facelift models still had the round headlights.
The grille extends down a bit, looks more like the 2003 facelift. Meanwhile, it's also got the bumper and tailgate of the 2015+ Toyota Tacoma.
Yeah, it looks like they crossed a R5 Turbo with one of the late 80s-early 90's Alpine models.
Because the Polestar 1 was intended as a limited production model from the start, that's why. It was never intended as a mass produced model, or to be built for more than just a few years.
They certainly messed things up with this car. It's based on a Caprice, but it's front wheel drive...
'PBLACK' - the Project Black S concept car that used F1 tech.
'LU 6789' - One of the revolving number plates on James Bond's DB5, specifically the Swiss plate.
![]() Saints Row (2022) | Found another special spawn variant vehicle. It's a Courser with a full bodykit and spoiler, with color shift light blue/pink paint, blue underglow, and a unique Itasha-seque paintjob. It occasionally spawns in the parking lot of the pharmacy, across from the big cactus fast travel point, under the motor oil mural. It's also equipped with nitrous, which is a direct indicator of a special variant spawn.
Actually...it's none of these. Rather, it's a Nissan Maxima [A32].
This would be the #34 Team TAISAN F40 that debuted in 1994, and also ran in 1995, looking pretty much exactly the same. -- Last edit: 2022-11-11 20:10:38
Honestly, this doesn't look all that much like a Hilux to me. The front looks more like a Tundra, and the rest looks rather Made For Game, not truly resembling a real vehicle.
Could this possibly be SR's version of the Lexus Hoverboard?
That's one sweet nod to 'Big Trouble in Little China'!
![]() Saints Row (2022) | Not sure if it would be complete enough to be listed, but in West Providencia, I found a grille that's made from the front end of an old Mini. Would be cool if it's a little hint at a car to come in future DLC content.
Main front end looks like a Mack Anthem, second front end option looks like a Kenworth T600B.
Looks like a Polaris ACE crossed with a Meyers Manx...on steroids.
Front of a first gen S-10, bed from a late model RAM. There's also a body option that replaces the body with that from the Reaper.
I'm thinking either a Honda Pioneer or a Kubota RTV, those seem to be the closest to this. Also, there's also body parts that can be added to make somewhat of a Shelby Cobra replica, similar to Caddyshack Golf Carts' licensed Cobra golf cart, but on a side-by-side UTV.
Interestingly, the Porter has four grille options, three of which resemble different branded vehicles. The Crosshair grille, option 1, of course, resembles the Dodge Sprinter. The second option is a two-bar grille with a round Breton badge, resembling a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The third option has three segments and an oval Breton badge, resembling the current generation Ford Transit.
Strangely, the headlights and grille remind me a little of an 80's Land Cruiser. Which is unusual on a big American truck. -- Last edit: 2022-09-01 03:16:18
Tip: You can actually build one of these out of a stock Vigilance. All of the police part and even the police graphics are available in the modification menu, so you don't even have to steal a police one to get one, just grab a normal one off of the street and add all the parts.
Also agree on Peugeot 206. A bit strange for the location, but still pretty cool.
Yeah, seeing it in-game, I stand by my observation of it being a CX-3.
Looking at this car in-game, I'd say for certain that it's an [NC] Miata with a rear that resembles a BMW Z8.
This vehicle has some interesting modification options, because you can turn it into a pickup truck, and you can even find them spawn with the pickup conversion equipped.
It appears that Volition made a mistake in the game, when it comes to this car, because it's listed in the garage as a Dreadnaught, but the model badge icon says Skorpio.
Origin: US, not Japan. That's how they're listed on IMCDb, and it is basically a rebadged Ford Escape. Even JDM Tributes are listed as US origin on IMCDb.
While the game doesn't mention it, this is absolutely a Move Custom, rather than a standard Move. The bits that give it away are the rear license plate location (standard Move has it on the bumper, not the liftgate), rear bumper, taillights, headlights, front bumper, and wheels. But, there's one strange thing about this...everything indicates a 2002-04 Move Custom, except for the wheels, which are facelifted 2004-06 Move Custom wheels.
There were Right Hand Drive Eclipses...so saying it's not an Eclipse because it's Right Hand Drive is invalid.
Looks more like a Chrysler 300M to me. Edit: Actually, looking at it closer, it looks MUCH more like a Saturn Aura. It's got the same chrome trim on the trunk, same shape headlights, identical grille and front bumper. Definitely an Aura. -- Last edit: 2022-06-16 21:07:03
Probably will. The same snorkel and side step options are available on both the Tundra and 4Runner, so they'll probably be available on the Tacoma, too.
![]() Need for Speed: Unbound (2022) | Next-Gen consoles are still near impossible for most people to get their hands on because of low stock and scalpers. If that trend continues by the time this game releases, there won't be many people buying the game, outside of PC players, and not everyone has a high-end PC to play on, either. Developing a game as a next-gen exclusive at this point in time will certainly hamper it's potential sales numbers, which could be detrimental for future series development.
Model Name: Munchback | ||
Model Name: Gibraltar And it DEFINITELY looks more like a CX-3 than a Kona.
Model Name: Gentry | ||
![]() Saints Row (2022) | www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVhu1iz4AvM Twenty-three and a half minutes of info on what appears to be some SERIOUSLY in-depth customization, more than any game in the series to date, both with vehicle customization and character customization. Plenty of looks at some of the cars, many that aren't on here yet.
This isn't the Compton, this is actually a new model called the Dreadnought.
Looks like I've found this car in the new Ultimate Customization Showcase. There's a car that looks VERY similar to this that appears for a split second before blowing up. Same side windows, same door handles...VERY Audi-like. And...it's also the new Eiswolf.
Possible it might have a different name, possibly not. Spotted a modified one in the Ultimate Customization Showcase, and it has a different manufacturer on the front, Sumiyaka. So, it could be known as a Sumiyaka Knoxville or a different model under that manufacturer (similar to Just Cause 4, which had mildly updated cars from JC3, with completely different brands and model names).
I think it's supposed to be a Ford Transit.
Rear from a mid-late 00s Saab 9-3.
Front looks like a early-mid 00s Corolla, rear looks a bit like a mid-late 00s Honda Civic or maybe Mitsubishi Lancer. Side...no clue.
Not sure what the side is supposed to be, but the front and rear textures are DEFINITELY 2000-05 Cadillac DeVille.
I love how they basically stuck an Avenger nose on a Charger body.
Fun Fact: The in-game manufacturer is a rearranged reference to the joint venture that builds this vehicle, SGMW, or SAIC-GM-Wuling. |
